- RSVP management (including floor plan and seating arrangements)
- Supplier selection and management
- Style consultation at your venue
- Run sheet review and distribution to suppliers
- Venue floor plans
- Onsite management, set up and pack down
- Ensure all timings are running to schedule
- Up to 8 hrs onsite management and support

- Anything out of scope is subject to additional charge
EVENT STYLING AND DESIGN
Concept, Design and Execution
- Style consultation at your venue
- Unlimited email and phone contact
- Mood board creation
- Styling budget management and allocation
- In-person presentation of your style proposal, including preferred suppliers
- Source styling quotes and suppliers
- Management of contracts and payments of styling suppliers
- Liaise with all styling suppliers throughout the styling process
- Styling run sheet and distribution
- Venue floor plan
- Onsite and main point of contact on the day for styling suppliers
- Full set up and pack down
